Coca-Cola Canada is seeking a Merchandising Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our products are fully stocked and available to consumers.

About the RoleThe Merchandising Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and replenishing products in store racks, shelves, displays, and coolers by transporting product between backroom/storage room to front-of-store with manual or powered equipment (pallet jack, hand-truck).
You will also build, change or remove product displays while adhering to company standards; maintain product signage; clean product space and secure damaged or defective product.
In addition, you will repetitively lift, carry and position product (weight up to 50lbs or 22kgs) above shoulder height without assistance; consistent kneeling, squatting and reaching above the head.
You will manage the backroom by organizing stock (product); identifying, monitoring, and reporting inventory levels; evaluating and processing damaged product; re-packing product; organizing backroom materials (i.e., pallets, product shells etc.); completing any required paperwork.
As a Merchandising Specialist, you will follow all Coca-Cola Canada and Store policies regarding backroom, display floor, replenishment, equipment, and safety.
You will also maintain an orderly and clean work area in compliance with Company safety and sanitation requirements; maintain professional relationships with co-workers and customers.
Your ability to push and pull manual and powered equipment (i.e., pallet jack, hand-truck etc.) containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance is essential.
You will also have the ability to repetitively grasp and manipulate objects of varying size and weight requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination; stand and walk for long periods of time.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you must:
- Be at least 17 years old;
- Have a personal vehicle for use during working hours;
- Have current vehicle liability insurance;
- Have a minimum one (1) year experience working in grocery, retail, warehousing or related field preferred;
- Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred;
- Have a minimum one (1) year experience working under little to no supervision preferred;
- Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record with no major violations over the last three (3) years.
The estimated annual salary for this role is $36,640 - $44,160 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek and assuming a starting hourly wage of $17.60 + $0.30/hour data usage incentive pay.
