About the Role

RCT Constructions is seeking an experienced Tile Setter to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires a high level of skill and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mix, apply and spread various adhesives using hand trowels to ensure proper bonding between tiles and surfaces.
  • Set tiles in place and apply pressure to secure them firmly to the base.
  • Cut, surface, polish and install marble and granite to achieve a smooth finish.
  • Evaluate job requirements and estimate costs and materials needed for successful project completion.
  • Lay and polish terra surfaces to meet client expectations.
  • Install tile strips according to design specifications.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a related field.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a standard 40-hour workweek.

Our team works primarily in English but also accommodates French-speaking individuals.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range based on location and experience.

$45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and performance.
