Training and Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Training Advisor. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in helping our customers achieve their goals through our products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Presentation and sales of company products and services to new and existing customers
- Resolution of customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Updating and working on our CRM Platform to ensure seamless customer interactions
- Collaboration with our team to provide exceptional customer experiences
As a Training Advisor at Reliance, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse and inclusive team that values innovation and customer satisfaction. You will be provided with the tools and training necessary to succeed in your role, including:
