As a Senior Construction Project Lead, you will play a key role in building exceptional homes and leading a high-performing construction team. Your focus will be on delivering homes on schedule while ensuring a smooth, high-quality experience for homeowners. You'll oversee construction operations, guide field teams, and foster strong relationships with trade partners to drive excellence at every stage of the process.
You will develop and maintain efficient systems for planning, tracking, and improving key construction metrics. Through thoughtful reporting, quality assurance, and team development, you will help shape a culture of continuous improvement. You will also be responsible for managing schedules, proactively addressing variances, and ensuring policies and procedures are clearly defined and followed.
About the Role
- Lead and ensure Brookfield's Safety Program policies and quality control standards to ensure a safe, high-performing, and customer-focused homebuilding process.
- Conduct spot checks and monitor construction quality to ensure homes meet warranty expectations, building codes, and long-term performance goals.
- Stay current on local and provincial regulations, building codes, and best practices, implementing improvements for efficiency and quality.
