Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Alberta Ltd o/a Prime Time Donair & Poutine. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and service.
  • Food Preparation and Presentation: Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards, meeting the quality control standards of our establishment.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that our inventory is always up-to-date and accurate.
  • Reporting and Budgeting: Prepare and submit reports on food sales, inventory, and other relevant metrics, as well as prepare budget and cost estimates for food and supplies.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
