Job Summary

Ace High Barber Shop LTD is seeking a skilled and experienced Barber Shop Manager to lead our team and drive business success. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily performance, and plan and organize daily activities to ensure seamless execution.
  • Staff Management: Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff, plan and control budget and inventory, manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies, and hire, train, and supervise staff.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that all customers receive exceptional service.
  • Leadership: Provide guidance and support to staff, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
