Agricultural Labourer Job Description

ALTERNATIVE MED CANADA INC. is seeking a skilled Agricultural Labourer to join our team. As an Agricultural Labourer, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to crop farming, including applying fertilizers, hoeing between rows, cleaning crops, and clearing fields of wood and stones.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply fertilizers to crops as instructed
  • Hoe between rows to maintain crop health
  • Clean crops to ensure quality
  • Clear fields of wood and stones to prevent damage to crops
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in agricultural labouring
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to lift heavy objects
