Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish work schedules and ensure that our sales floor is always fully staffed
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help inform our business decisions
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain our inventory to ensure that we are always stocked with the products our customers want
  • Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our sales team to ensure that we are meeting our sales targets
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing circumstances
Work Environment:
