Job Description

The Digital Marketing Account Manager will play a key role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our high-value clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Oversight: Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Client Management: Act as an escalation point for high-value clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

What We Look For

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing teams.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and technical proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
