At Acosta, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales and Merchandising Representative to join our team. As a Sales and Merchandising Representative, you will be responsible for executing planogram displays, merchandising, sales reporting, and negotiating for shelf space in grocery stores within a defined territory.

Our ideal candidate will have sales experience, retail channel experience in grocery and mass preferred, and excellent verbal communication skills. You will also be able to develop rapport and credibility with store managers, have effective presentation selling skills, and be proficient with technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute planogram displays and merchandising in grocery stores
  • Negotiate for shelf space and sales reporting
  • Develop and maintain relationships with store managers and key retail contacts
  • Resolve or escalate store-level issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Drive distribution on core items and new innovative sales objectives
