Job Title: Home Childcare Provider

We are seeking a reliable and caring Home Childcare Provider to join our team at Square Family. As a Home Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for providing high-quality childcare and support to families in their own homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assume full responsibility for household duties in the absence of parents, including light housekeeping and cleaning.
  • Shop for food and household supplies, and prepare nutritious meals for the family.
  • Travel with the family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties.
  • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, and maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home.
  • Discipline children according to the parents' methods, and instruct them in personal hygiene and social development.
  • Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding the children.
  • Organize activities such as games and outings for the children, and provide companionship and emotional support.
  • Help children with homework, and provide personal care and assistance as needed.
  • Cook and prepare meals for the family, and launder clothing and household linens.
  • Administer medications as needed, and assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene.

  • CPR Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Criminal record check
  • Health care plan
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
