Window Cleaning Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Window Cleaning Specialist to join our team at Totino's Property Services Ltd. As a key member of our facility maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our properties.
Key Responsibilities- Operate Cleaning Equipment: Safely operate various cleaning machines and equipment to clean windows, glass surfaces, and other facilities.
- Chimney and Fireplace Cleaning: Clean soot and creosote from chimneys and fireplaces to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Duct and Vent Cleaning: Clean ducts, vents, and filters of furnaces to ensure optimal air quality.
- Exterior Cleaning: Clean building exteriors, tanks, chimneys, and industrial equipment to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Vehicle Cleaning: Clean interior and exterior of motor vehicles to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
- Window Cleaning: Wash and clean interior and exterior windows and other glass surfaces to ensure a clear view.
- Floor Maintenance: Vacuum floors and wax and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Upholstery Cleaning: Shampoo upholstery to maintain a clean and comfortable environment.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
- Physical Demands: This role requires manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to bend, crouch, and kneel.
- Work Conditions: This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with overtime required at times.
- Weight Handling: This role requires lifting up to 9 kg (20 lbs) of equipment and materials.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: Willingness to train and learn new skills is essential for this role.
- Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week is the standard work schedule for this role.
