Standardized Participant Opportunity

The VOLUNTEER COORDINATORS' ASSOCIATION OF SARNIA-LAMBTON is seeking dedicated individuals to participate in our Standardized Participant Program. As a Standardized Participant, you will play a crucial role in providing students with hands-on learning experiences in controlled, simulated environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with students, faculty, and peers in a professional manner.
  • Simulate real-life scenarios, including medical histories, behaviors, and physical findings, in a standardized and accurate manner.
  • Complete checklists accurately and consistently.
  • Provide constructive feedback to learners using the CORBS method.
  • Participate in ongoing feedback and training to enhance your skills.

Requirements:
