Groupe Lactalis is seeking a skilled Campus Recruitment Strategist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to define and execute targeted campus recruitment strategies, drive business growth, and build strong employer brands.

About the Opportunity

As a Campus Recruitment Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive recruitment plans that attract top talent from leading universities and colleges. You will work closely with our leadership team to identify key business objectives, develop targeted recruitment strategies, and measure their success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement campus recruitment strategies to attract top talent from leading universities and colleges
  • Work closely with our leadership team to identify key business objectives and develop targeted recruitment strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with university representatives, faculty members, and student leaders
  • Design and deliver engaging recruitment materials, including job postings, marketing campaigns, and social media content
  • Analyze recruitment data to measure the effectiveness of our strategies and make data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with our HR team to develop and implement training programs for new hires
Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably in the CPG industry
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment software, including ATS systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies that drive business results
What We Offer

As a member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
