We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Food Service Supervisor. As a leader in the food service industry, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurants, including managing staff, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Estimated Salary Range:

$40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food;
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and maintain productivity;
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures;
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and ensure timely delivery;
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage;
  • Prepare and submit reports on restaurant performance;

Requirements
