Job Description

Your role at Signet Jewelers Limited:

  • Presentation of merchandise and detailed information regarding features and benefits of products
  • Engagement with customers to understand their needs and desires
  • Provision of information regarding extended service plans and financing options
  • Meet individual and team sales goals
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking individuals who have:

  • A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives
  • Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewellery experience
  • Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays
  • A positive, customer-focused approach in delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Strong communication and relational skills
