Amplifon Americas, a global leader in hearing health care, is seeking a talented Data Scientist to join our marketing team. As a Data Scientist Marketing Performance Specialist, you will play a key role in helping us drive business results through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
  • Design and implement processes to ensure data quality and data enrichment.
  • Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of customer insights.
  • Design, implement, and monitor the marketing attribution model for all marketing channels.
  • Assess the effectiveness of CRM, Digital, brand, media, and advertisement activities.
  • Translate data insights into compelling and to-the-point recommendations for marketeers and other stakeholders.
  • Lead regular marketing customer funnel forecasting process and monitor business outcomes.
  • Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
  • Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, and other business outcomes.
  • Coordinate with different functional teams to implement Business KPI dashboards and monitor outcomes.
  • Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.
  • Provide data to forecast all main funnel events (test, trial, sales, ASP) and product mix also at clinic level.
  • Conduct ongoing category and product-level analysis.
  • Extract data to create ad-hoc analyses that enable deeper understanding of customer segments, marketing campaigns, business trends, and channel performance.

Qualifications:

  • We're looking for someone with years of experience working with large data sets and building statistical models, with a Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or another quantitative field.
  • Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.) and their real-world advantages/drawbacks.
  • Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests and proper usage, etc.) and experience with applications.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams, able to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
  • A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.
  • Experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SQL, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets would be appreciated.
  • Fluency in English language.
