Pharmacy Director

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team at 9471 Beverly Corners Thrifty Pharmacy. As a key member of our retail pharmacy team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient-centered care and exceeding patients' expectations.

• Manage a dynamic team of licensed pharmacists and technicians to deliver high-quality patient care and services.
• Develop and implement pharmacy programs and product launches to promote patient service standards, drive sales, control labor, monitor margin, and control shrink.
• Act as an ambassador for our company values, championing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all patients and staff.

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
• Licensed Pharmacist in good standing in the province of responsibility.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a licensed pharmacist.
• Kroll software experience preferred.
