About the Role:
As a Sales Team Lead at Little Burgundy, you will have the opportunity to lead a talented team of sales professionals and contribute to the company's success. Your primary responsibility will be to recruit, hire, train, and manage store personnel to achieve sales goals and control expenses.

Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Recruit, hire, train, and manage store personnel to achieve sales goals and control expenses
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Conduct monthly performance reviews and provide feedback to employees
  • Ensure proper implementation of company initiatives and direction

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • 1-2 years retail sales experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Bilingualism (English/French) as required
  • Ability to work night and weekend shifts
