About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Projects Director to lead our construction team at Abstract Developments.

The ideal candidate will have at least fifteen years of construction management experience and a proven track record of delivering multifamily homes to a growing customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the pre-development design, pre-construction, construction, and warranty phases of all construction projects.
  • Lead by example, embodying the company's core values of Passion, Quality, and Integrity.
  • Champion the company's Mission and ensure the Vision of "Creating Iconic Spaces that Enhance How People Live" is embodied in all projects.
  • Maintain strong communication with all departments, including Development, Finance/Accounting, Nvision Properties, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Lead a team of approximately 7 Project Managers and Coordinators.
Requirements

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and entrepreneurial Construction Projects Director with excellent leadership and communication skills.

They will be adept at identifying and resolving obstacles along the path to successful project completion and inspiring their team to work towards a common goal.
