CarePartners serves Ontario communities through clinics, transitional care units, and relief in retirement homes and shared care settings. Our Community Nursing Services outreach program has been organizing staff-led medical care and clinics in countries with poor access to healthcare since 2009.

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Healthcare Scheduling Specialist to join our Brockville office. This role will involve coordinating patient service schedules, managing inbound inquiries, and entering information into our automated system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement patient service schedules that meet service delivery standards and administrative functions.
  • Manage inbound telephone calls and email inquiries, providing timely and accurate information to patients and their families.
  • Enter relevant information into the automated information system/database, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education and one year of job-related experience, preferably in an administrative or customer service role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with proven skills in Word and Excel.
