Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $65,000 and $85,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

As an Advanced Care Paramedic (ACP) with AHS, you will be responsible for assessing emergency scenes and patients, transporting ill or injured patients from emergency scenes and between facilities, and providing advanced life support (ALS) care. This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Non-restricted registration in good standing with the Alberta College of Paramedics (ACOP) as an Advanced Care Paramedic (ACP)
  • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Healthcare Provider (BCLS-HCP)
  • Ability to obtain a valid class 4 Alberta Operator License or equivalent
