About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer - Java to join our team at McBird Technologies Pvt. Ltd. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications using Java technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Design and develop high-performance, scalable, and secure software applications using Java technologies.
  • Full Stack Development: Develop full stack software applications, including front-end and back-end components, using Java and related technologies.
  • Agile Methodologies: Work in an agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and other types of tests to ensure the quality of software applications.
  • Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing: Mentor junior and mid-level developers, share knowledge and best practices, and contribute to the growth and development of the team.
Requirements
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in Java technologies, with a strong background in full stack software development.
  • Education: B.Tech/BS or Master's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related fields.
  • Skills: Proficient in Java, Java EE, and related technologies, with a strong understanding of software design patterns, architecture, and development methodologies.
  • Certifications: Sun Certified Java Programmer (SCJP), Java Development Certified Professional, or J2EE Development Certified Professional.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Cloud Computing: Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), and related technologies.
  • Database Management: Experience with database management systems, such as NoSQL (MongoDB), SQL Server, and Oracle.
  • Front-end Development: Experience with front-end development frameworks, such as React, and related technologies.
