Job Summary

The successful candidate will work as a Warehouse Logistics Specialist - Forklift Operator, responsible for loading, unloading, and moving products and materials within the warehouse. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to interact with all levels of staff, management, and customers.


Responsibilities
  • Create daily tracking forms and ensure timely completion and accuracy.
  • Ensure Occupational Health & Safety policies are followed throughout the warehouse and facility.
  • Operate overhead crane and forklift safely and responsibly to load Caesarstone slabs onto customer vehicles.
  • Verify delivery dockets match loaded items on customer trucks.
  • Unload containers, scan receipts according to procedure, and record stock accurately.
  • Loading and unloading semi-trailers for stock transfer between branches.
  • Daily equipment inspections, cleaning/maintenance of the warehouse and yard.

Requirements
  • Professional presentation, work ethic, and behavior.
  • Minimum 3 years' work experience.
  • Current license/certification for forklift operation.
  • Optional current license/certification for Overhead Crane operations.
  • Excellent communication, work management, collaboration, and results orientation skills.
  • Able to interact with all levels of staff, management, and customers.
  • Positive 'can-do' attitude, confident, polite manner.
  • Basic computer literacy and Microsoft Office experience.
  • Working experience with ERP and/or Warehouse Management Systems (Oracle advantage).
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
  • Able to work under tight deadlines in a multi-task, high-priority environment.

Work Conditions

This role offers an afternoon shift from 2:30 – 11 pm with potential overtime and weekend work required. Employees may work indoors and outdoors, potentially exposed to hazardous environments, dust, chemicals, and noise. The employee must be able to lift 100 pounds and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.


Compensation

The estimated annual salary range for this role is $39,840 - $41,600 based on a 40-hour workweek and assuming a starting hourly wage of $19.20/hour. Caesarstone is proud to offer competitive salaries and benefits in a progressive environment with continuous learning and growth opportunities.
