About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Asphalt Roller Operator to join our team at Miller Paving Limited. As a key member of our road construction operations, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, including asphalt rollers, finish rollers, and rubber tire rollers, to ensure the highest quality of our work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate heavy equipment, including asphalt rollers, finish rollers, and rubber tire rollers, to ensure smooth and efficient road construction operations.
  • Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment, complete maintenance records, and daily equipment logs to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with the crew through two-way radios and other communication devices to ensure seamless operations.
  • Lead by example and promote a Safety-First culture for all employees, sub-contractors, consultants, and the public.
