Job Title: Clean-up Crew Worker

B.C. LTD. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Clean-up Crew Worker to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our facilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily cleaning and disinfection tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, as well as cleaning and disinfecting kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Operate cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and floor polishers, to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Handle and report lost and found items, and provide basic information to customers.
  • Participate in special cleaning projects, such as cleaning elevators and changing rooms.
  • Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and maintain a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Reliability and dependability, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
