Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Kiewit Nuclear Canada. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in all aspects of our nuclear-related projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a contract-specific Project Quality Plan (PQP) to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Review and approve subcontractor quality plans to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Lead and mentor junior QA/QC personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to execute the PQP.
  • Collaborate with district quality management to ensure consistent implementation of quality standards across the company.
  • Perform causal analysis investigations on project-related issues and coordinate corrective actions.
  • Ensure all quality documentation is completed and stored in an organized manner.
  • Communicate effectively with the project team and client personnel to ensure quality goals are met.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
