About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineering Project Manager to join our team at TechnoGénie - Chasseurs de Talents. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of civil engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of civil engineers and technicians to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects meet the required quality standards and are delivered to the satisfaction of clients.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in civil engineering project management.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Language: Bilingual (English and French).
