We are seeking an exceptional Account Development Representative to join our team. As a national broadband service provider, we own and manage our wireless IP network in 46 major markets across Canada, serving over 6,200 customer locations.
The person in this role will report to a Regional Sales Manager and work closely with a team of Account Executives. They will be responsible for regularly connecting with our client base, supporting retention, and identifying opportunities to expand existing capacity or add new services to address changing business requirements. Once the representative has engaged the right contacts at a client to articulate the opportunity, they pass it on to the Account Executive of record on the account who is responsible for proposals, contract negotiations, and implementation support required by the sales team. This individual will meet formal revenue increase and retention targets.
