Job Description

As a Wound Care Technician at PAM Health, you will be responsible for providing basic patient care and performing tasks assigned by the Wound Management Coordinator. These duties will be carried out according to hospital policy, performance improvement plan, and departmental philosophies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide basic patient care and perform nursing tasks as assigned.
  • Work collaboratively with the Wound Management Coordinator to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • One year of experience in a hospital setting (preferably).
  • Strong computer skills.
