About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Unit team at the Jewish General Hospital. As a key member of our interprofessional team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a stimulating and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide holistic patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
  • Collaborate with the interprofessional team to coordinate care and promote patient safety
  • Assume leadership roles in matters of risk prevention, quality of care, and patient safety
  • Participate in the education and orientation of new staff and students
Requirements
  • CEGEP diploma in nursing or relevant equivalent education
  • Relevant nursing experience
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a multidisciplinary team
  • Motivation to improve practice and contribute to a positive work environment
