- Communicate effectively with store leadership and regional teams

Requirements:
- 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
