Project Control Officer Job Description

Cofomo is seeking a highly skilled Project Control Officer to join our team. As a Project Control Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of technology projects. Your primary focus will be on monitoring and controlling project costs, schedules, and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate project plans into project planning tools and support their use.
  • Assist project managers in project review, including scope changes, schedule changes, assignments, tasks, dependencies, timelines, resources, and links to other projects.
  • Track timesheets, update project data, and analyze performance indicators.
  • Monitor project costs and schedules, identify discrepancies, and make recommendations to project managers.
  • Produce resource usage reports and alternative scenarios to support project managers.
  • Prepare presentations, statistics, reports, dashboards, and documentation required by stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of relevant PCO experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in administration with a major in information systems or equivalent.
  • Very good knowledge of PMBOK principles and other recognized methods.
  • Mastery of project management processes, plans, and tools.
  • Very good knowledge of written and spoken English.
