Job Description:

  • Lead a team of Field Technicians to ensure safe and efficient project delivery;
  • Maintain high standards of quality assurance and customer satisfaction;
  • Train new employees and existing team members on updated processes and procedures;
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety policies and quality standards;
  • Serve as a liaison between Field Technicians, Operations Support, and customers to resolve issues and address inquiries;
  • Support telecommunication installation activities and drive an inclusive culture to promote equity, diversity, and career progression.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in technical installations;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word);
  • Ability to travel as required and provide a clear driver's abstract annually;
  • Successfully complete a criminal background check.
