We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at Galeries de Granby. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers, helping them find the right devices and technologies to meet their connectivity needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized sales support to customers, understanding their needs and preferences to recommend the best solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest devices and technologies, including their features and benefits, to effectively communicate with customers.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple customer interactions and sales opportunities simultaneously.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Proven sales and customer service experience, preferably in a retail or technology environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Fluency in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in both languages.
