We have an exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineer in La Pocatiere, CA, to join our team as we design and manufacture transportation systems that meet the needs of today and tomorrow.

About the Role

This career-defining position will see you participate in the design of products, proposing solutions to improve manufacturing processes and supporting the main manufacturing functions. You'll be responsible for determining functional requirements, drafting technical documentation, and conducting research to develop manufacturing methods, products, and new markets.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design product solutions to improve manufacturing efficiency
  • Support the realization of first units and collaborate with manufacturing teams
  • Draft technical documentation for assembly operations
  • Conduct research and analysis to develop new manufacturing methods

You'll work closely with internal and external experts to develop action plans to enhance productivity and integrate new technologies into our manufacturing processes. Your expertise will also be invaluable in defining and estimating costs for the most economical production methods.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need an engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering, along with knowledge of fundamental theories and principles related to mechanical manufacturing and assembly. Basic welding knowledge is an asset, as is proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CATIA software. Fluency in English and good working knowledge of French are essential.

We offer a competitive salary range based on experience, estimated at $95,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location. This figure may vary based on individual circumstances.
