ERP Solutions Consultant Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ERP Solutions Consultant to join our team in Kitchener, ON. As an ERP Solutions Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional consulting services focused on the configuration, training, and ongoing support of clients' ERP software implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions to empower clients in maximizing the utility of our ERP software.
  • Provide on-call and help desk support, demonstrating agility in resolving client queries and concerns.
  • Foster cross-departmental collaboration and support across various company offices and functions.
Requirements:
  • University Degree or College diploma in Business, Finance, MIS, Food Science, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent business experience.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of ERP or Enterprise Software Consulting experience in the food/meat production sectors.
  • Proficiency in ERP software and demonstrated success in project implementations.
  • Strong analytical skills to tackle software issues and deliver practical solutions.
  • Good understanding of database fundamentals.
  • Flexibility to travel within North America and Europe as necessitated by project requirements.
