  • They will also possess excellent communication, organizational, supervisory, and planning skills.

Requirements:

  • A construction-related degree or diploma is essential, ideally with 8+ years of construction experience working on ICI / healthcare projects.
  • A working knowledge of construction scopes, activities, scheduling, project, and contract management is required.
  • The ability to mentor and delegate to a large team while developing and maintaining strong client relations is essential.
