About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Dining Room Attendant to join our team at Lakeland Grill. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Present bills to customers and process payments in a timely and efficient manner
  • Describe menu items and make recommendations to customers
  • Enforce liquor legislation and regulations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and handle heavy loads
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
