Occupational Health and Safety Professional

We are seeking an Occupational Health and Safety Professional to join Samsung SDSCA team. This role is responsible for establishing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Sample Collection: Collect and manage samples of materials for analysis to identify potential hazards and risks.
- Occupation Classification: Oversee the classification and rating of occupations to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Employee Data: Analyze and manage employee data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Communication Strategies: Develop and implement communication strategies to promote a culture of safety and wellness.
- Senior Management: Advise senior management on safety and wellness matters.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in occupational health and safety.
This role will be based in a fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
