Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring that all dishes are presented to the highest standards.
  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, taking into account their specific requirements.
  • Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they are clean and well-maintained, and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure that they are working efficiently.
  • Operations Management: Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining kitchen equipment.
Work Environment

As a Culinary Specialist at Wild Wing, you will work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
