Job Title: Disaster Restoration Technician

At Overflow Restoration Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Disaster Restoration Technician to join our team. As a key member of our restoration team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to disaster restoration and construction site maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, Unload, and Transport Construction Materials: Safely load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from construction sites.
  • Clean and Lubricate Cranes: Clean and lubricate cranes and other heavy equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Erect and Dismantle Concrete Forms, Scaffolding, Ramps, Catwalks, Shoring, and Barricades: Assist in the erection and dismantling of concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades on construction sites.
  • Mix, Pour, and Spread Materials: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt on construction sites.
  • Assist in Drilling and Blasting Rock: Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites.
  • Assist in Framing Houses, Erecting Walls, and Building Roofs: Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs on construction sites.
  • Level Earth to Fine Grade Specifications: Level earth to fine grade specifications on construction sites.
  • Pave and Rake Asphalt: Pave and rake asphalt on construction sites.
  • Clean and Pile Salvaged Materials: Clean and pile salvaged materials on construction sites.
  • Perform Routine Maintenance Work: Perform routine maintenance work on equipment and machinery.
  • Clean Up Chemical Spills and Other Contaminants: Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants on construction sites.
  • Remove Rubble and Other Debris: Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
  • Tend or Feed Machines or Equipment: Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.
  • Direct Traffic: Direct traffic at or near construction sites.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
