Job Summary

Canada Post Corp is seeking a skilled and motivated Postal Clerk to join our team. As a Postal Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing financial transactions, and maintaining a high level of postal products and services knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure complete customer satisfaction
  • Operate a computer point of sale system to process financial transactions
  • Maintain floor displays and conduct merchandizing and inventory control
  • Process mail items, including receiving, sorting, sequencing, and batching
  • Operate mail processing equipment and transport mail between floors/sections as needed
Requirements
  • Experience in customer service in a retail environment
  • Sales experience is an asset
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, overnights, and weekends
