Careaker Job Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Caretaker to join our team at South East Cornerstone Public School Division #209. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our schools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain the assigned facility to ensure its cleanliness and safety
  • Perform minor maintenance tasks as required
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to achieve common goals
Requirements:
  • Minimum Grade 10 education (Grade 12 or equivalent preferred)
  • Valid Fireman's Certificate (preferred)
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Direct experience in the caretaking field (asset)
  • Demonstrated understanding of cleaning procedures, products, and equipment
  • Knowledge of computers and applicable software
  • Knowledge of the Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System
