Job Title: Farm Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Supervisor to join our team at Clearview Horticultural Products. As a key member of our agricultural operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our farm, ensuring the highest quality of crops, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and supervise farm grooming activities, including pruning, weeding, and harvesting.
  • Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of greenhouses and other farm facilities.
  • Ensure that all farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed, and that all staff are trained and aware of these procedures.
  • Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations, including crop planning, planting, and harvesting.
  • Hire and train staff as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the farm.
  • Perform general farm duties, including maintenance, repairs, and other tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • High school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor in a variety of weather conditions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
