Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure that quality control procedures are followed and that products meet quality standards.
  • Investigate and resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Develop and maintain quality control records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders, including production managers and quality control technicians, to ensure that quality control procedures are followed and that products meet quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including customers and regulatory agencies, to ensure that quality control procedures are followed and that products meet quality standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
