Job Summary:
As an Operations Associate, you will provide support to the team to maximize company sales and profitability by maintaining stockroom organization and managing inventory through shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, eCom order fulfillment, markdowns, and merchandising to provide an outstanding shopping experience to every customer.
You will play an important role in the day-to-day operations of the store, contributing to optimizing inventory management, increasing sales, and customer satisfaction while maintaining the brand and visual presentation standards in the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage stockroom organization
- Process shipments and replenish sales floors efficiently
- Fulfill eCom orders accurately and promptly
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of experience in a retail environment, preferably in inventory management
- Passion for fashion and customer service
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
- Demonstrates a customer-first mindset and proactive approach to tasks
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as per business needs
