Job Summary

The Tlicho Community Services Agency is a unique organization responsible for delivering education, health, and social services within the Tlicho region. As a Child and Youth Care Counsellor, you will play a vital role in supporting the well-being of children and youth in our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group counselling services to children and youth
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to support the needs of children and youth
  • Collaborate with community partners to ensure comprehensive support for children and youth
  • Conduct assessments and make recommendations for services and support
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require a strong understanding of child and youth development, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.
