Poste d'analyste financier

L'analyste financier rejoindra l'équipe des placements privés et des investissements d'impact du Fonds de solidarité FTQ. Cette équipe est responsable de la réalisation des objectifs d'investissement du Fonds dans des entreprises au Québec en prenant en charge l'analyse financière.

Responsabilités
  • Soutenir l'équipe d'investissement dans la réalisation des transactions d'investissement, et ce grâce au montage de modèles financiers rigoureux, à la réalisation d'analyses financières ainsi qu'à la rédaction de l'annexe financière présentées aux instances
  • Prépare, présente et soutient des esquisses de transaction, des stratégies de négociation, des positionnements, des lettres d'intention, des autorisations d'investissement (sommaires exécutifs), des modifications d'autorisation et des lettres d'offre en collaboration avec les directeurs de portefeuille et/ou les vice-présidents sectoriels
  • Travaille les projections financières avec les directeurs de portefeuille et les dirigeants de l'entreprise
  • Optimise le montage financier en identifiant les risques, en « challengeant » les hypothèses et en effectuant des analyses de sensibilité
  • Développe une connaissance plus approfondie de certains secteurs
  • Participe à l'établissement du plan de démarchage, l'identifie et exploite l'information sectorielle et cible les entreprises potentielles
  • Sollicite les entreprises de son secteur et présente les services du Fonds
  • Constitue un réseau d'affaires et maintient les relations par des contacts sporadiques
  • Participe à l'intégration et à la formation des nouveaux analystes financiers
  • Planifie et réalise avec le soutien des directeurs la revue périodique des investissements en portefeuille
  • Représente le Fonds sur des comités ou des conseils d'administration, fournit des conseils à l'entreprise et révise le plan de suivi ou d'actions. Assure le lien entre le Fonds et le représentant externe nommé par le Fonds au Conseil
Exigences
  • Diplôme de 1er cycle en finance ou toute autre discipline connexe
  • Un diplôme de deuxième cycle en finance (M.Sc.) est un atout important
  • Un titre de CFA, CPA et/ou CBV, complété ou en cours, est un atout important
  • Deux (2) à Sept (7) ans d'expérience pertinente en analyse (2 au minimum pour l'analyste)
  • Connaissance du capital-investissement est un atout important
  • Bilinguisme (Français/Anglais)
