Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Specialist to join our team at Horstman Canada Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to employees
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer systems and networks
  • Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations
  • Manage incidents
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and other software
  • Supervise other technical support workers in this group
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
